Jabili Masoud was born in 1972 in Dar es Salaam. He is Makua by tribe. Now he lives in Dar es Salaam. He learned to paint pictures from Mr. Kambili and he started to paint in 1997. His paintings are based on different animals and plants but he faces problems with market and he has more than 250 painted pictures at home.
